"Building has been in my blood for as long as I can remember. I first learned the craft working summers alongside my father, and in 1978, I founded Bailey Construction, building custom homes in Sonora, California that families would cherish for generations.
My work took on a deeper meaning in 1992 after the Oakland Hills fire, when I helped families rebuild by constructing four large homes. From that moment on, I knew my skills could offer more than just structures—they could restore lives.
Over the years, I developed a custom home subdivision in Windsor, built homes in Truckee and Sacramento, and in 2018, returned to Sonoma County to help friends and clients recover after the devastation of the Tubbs Fire.
Working closely with insurance companies, I ensured homeowners received everything they were entitled to, allowing them to rebuild without unnecessary hardship. That same mission led me to Butte County after the Camp Fire, where I completed several more rebuilds.
In 2022, a long-time client entrusted me with the honor of building their family's forever home, a project I completed in early 2024.
Now, with decades of experience and a dedicated crew from Sonoma County and Sacramento, I am setting my sights on Los Angeles—ready to help families rise from the ashes of recent wildfires and build not just houses, but homes filled with hope and resilience."

Bailey Construction personally handles lot cleanup to ensure that every property is safe, clean, and ready for rebuilding. Our subcontractors will carefully go through every inch of the property to recover personal and salvageable items. These items will be cleaned with an air hose, boxed up, and placed on the driveway for homeowners to retrieve.
